Meet the Team

Management
Marmora has a strong management team, who look after the best interest of all the service users and staff. The manager is available Monday – Friday, 9 – 5.

Senior Carers
The senior care team has many years of experience in care and all have level 2, 3, 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care. There is always a senior on shift who can answer questions, or direct you in the right direction. Our senior team are dedicated and work hard to create care plans to identify the needs of each service user.

Care Assistants
Our dedicated care team has been built by employing people who are passionate about what they do. Staff are selected for their personal qualities, such as being instinctively warm, helpful and caring.

Administration
The senior administrator focuses on quality monitoring, providing assistance to the provider and finance director and ensuring the home is compliant with laws and regulations. She also assists the manager with recruitment, appointments and the admission of new service users etc
Savannah


Kitchen
We have an amazing kitchen team, who provide fresh home-cooked meals (breakfast, lunch, tea, supper morning and afternoon tea) which are nutritious, and in line with service users preferences. The kitchen staff are responsible for keeping a high standard of cleaning and cooking.

House Keeping
Our team of housekeepers works together to ensure the home is spic and span. They ensure the home is smelling fresh, and a welcoming place for all. The staff have the necessary training to ensure the safe use of products.

Maintenance
Our men are in charge of making sure the building is safe, secure and maintained and is on hand to help settle new service users in, creating a homely atmosphere in the bedrooms and other areas of the home.

Activities
Our activities co-ordinator works 4 to 5 days a week, delivering personalised activities for individuals and groups, such as Quizzes, themed days, life story work, reminiscence activities, gardening, trips out to the theatre anc local social clubs.
